1. Services

We offer a range of Hajj and Umrah travel services, including but not limited to:

  • Umrah and Hajj packages (Economy, Premium, and Luxury)

  • Flight bookings and visa processing

  • Hotel reservations in Makkah and Madinah

  • Ground transportation and Ziyarah tours

  • Guidance and support throughout the pilgrimage

All services are subject to availability and the regulations set by the Government of Pakistan, Saudi authorities, and other relevant organizations.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Possess a valid Pakistani passport and required travel documents.

  • Comply with all Saudi visa and travel regulations.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when registering or booking with us.

3. Registration and Account

You may be required to create an account or provide your personal details to access our booking services.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Keep your account credentials secure.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.

KB Air Travels is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Booking, Fees, and Payments

  • Package prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (₨) and may vary based on flight rates, accommodation availability, and seasonal demand.

  • You agree to pay the quoted price before confirming your booking.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods.

  • All payments must be made according to the instructions on your invoice or booking confirmation.

Note: Once payment is made and the booking is confirmed, refunds may not be available, especially after visa processing or ticket issuance. Refund policies vary based on package type and third-party supplier conditions.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or official WhatsApp communication.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of booking and third-party agreements (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Non-refundable fees may include:

  • Visa processing fees

  • Airline cancellation charges

  • Hotel booking charges

  • Administrative service fees

KB Air Travels reserves the right to deduct applicable costs before issuing any refund.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or harmful activity. You must:

  • Provide accurate personal and travel details.

  • Treat all staff and fellow travelers with respect.

  • Comply with all laws and regulations during your pilgrimage.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a customer behaves inappropriately or provides false information.

7. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your travel date.

  • You meet all visa requirements for Hajj or Umrah.

  • You comply with Saudi Arabia’s health and vaccination regulations.

KB Air Travels acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for any delay, denial, or cancellation of visas by the Saudi Embassy or other authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, text, images, graphics, and designs — is the property of KB Air Travels and protected under copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and visa agents.
KB Air Travels is not responsible for any act, omission, or error by these third parties, including:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Hotel service issues

  • Visa delays or rejections

All third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to provide a smooth experience, KB Air Travels shall not be liable for:

  • Losses due to delays, cancellations, or force majeure (e.g., weather, government policies).

  • Personal injury, property loss, or health issues during travel.

  • Errors or omissions by airlines, hotels, or other partners.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KB Air Travels, its employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your:

  • Violation of these terms.

  • Misuse of our website or services.

  • Violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your booking or access to our website at any time if:

  • You violate these terms.

  • You provide false information.

  • Your conduct disrupts operations or causes harm to others.

Upon termination, any unpaid dues must be settled immediately.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising from or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
